What is Gold Filled?
14k Gold Filled wire is created by taking a tube of 14k gold and bonding it to a core of brass through extreme heat and pressure. The layer of gold is 100 times thicker than gold plate and results in a stronger, more durable, and resistant to tarnish metal. Gold Filled jewelry dated back to the early 1900's is still being worn today.

How do I clean my jewelry?
A soft polishing cloth is very effective with cleaning off dirt and tarnish. We recommend using a "Sunshine Cloth". Soaking jewelry in a liquid jewelry cleaner or mild detergent cleans in between the wire and other hard to reach areas. Make sure to follow the directions for the liquid jewelry cleaners. Soaking pieces longer than suggested can damage precious metals. Not all stones are safe to use in these cleaners as well. Never soak stones like pearls, turquoise, malachite, chrysocholla, etc., instead wipe these with a soft cloth. Treat your wire jewelry as any other fine jewelry. Don't expose to household cleaners, lotions, hair spray, chlorine, etc. To slow down the process of tarnish on sterling silver, wipe off pieces after wearing and keep stored in a ziplock plastic bag.

Where do your stones come from?
All over the world. We personally hand select all of our stones from reputable sources. We guarantee our stones to be as advertised.

What are my payment options?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal and money orders. Personal and business checks will have to clear before items will be shipped. We also offer a layaway program. Contact us for more details.

Do you teach classes?
Yes , we do teach classes. Click on the class menu above to find more information on class dates and location. Our students rave about our ability to make the classes very informative and fun!

Do you have a store location?
No. We have a home studio in San Antonio, Texas. We do several shows a year. See our show schedule to find out where we are. We do show by appointment if your in the area. Contact us for more details.

Can I host a home party?
Absolutely! Call or email us for further details. At this time as we still have full time jobs, we can only travel within a 250 mile radius of San Antonio, Texas.

How do I track my order?
Click on the "Track" tab at the top of the page, put in your order # and it will provide you with the tracking information.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If within 30 days your not satisfied for any reason, just return your purchase in new condition and we will issue a refund, or credit toward another purchase (less shipping and handling charges). On custom orders, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee under certain circumstances. Our wire jewelry also comes with a Lifetime Warranty on our settings. We will gladly repair or replace any defects in workmanship.

What are your shipping charges?
All U.S. orders over $100.00 ship free via USPS priority mail. U.S. orders under $100 will be charged $5.00 for shipping & handling and sent via USPS priority mail.

How long will it take to get my order?
All in stock orders ship out within 5 business days. USPS priiority mail takes 2-3 days depending on your location. Custom orders will take longer, and an approximate time frame will be quoted at the time of purchase. Other shipping options are available if needed, please contact us.
