Returns and Exchanges

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you would like to exchange or return your item, please allow us to assist you with your order. We deal with returns on a per item basis. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. All seasonal items will have a 30% restocking fee if returned. We only accept items in their original, new condition. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any form of hats due to hygienic reasons. Returns on other products are accepted. If, there is an issue with the order you receive, please click the "Keep In Touch" on the top navigation bar. One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right within 15 days of receiving your order. Please keep in mind, for certain situations, we may ask you to return your item in order to process a resolution for you. Imperial Designs is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances USPS is responsible for any of all mail pieces that undergo USPS delivery services. We will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages. All returns/exchanges must contain the Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be requested within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Any packages arriving with an RA number written on the outside will be returned to the sender. You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges. If you request an exchange, we will waive the Standard Shipping fee on your new order. If your item is defective, we will issue you a return prepaid label and waive the fee on the return shipping for the new item. Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed dependent on the volume of returns at that time.

International Orders

We Are Not Responsible For Customs Fee. 

Shipping and Handling

We take take pride in our shipping speed. Unfortunately due to high volume of orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to ship! Once your package ships will send you a notification email. We do not ship orders over the weekend. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day. Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experienced through postal service.

Discount Codes

All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.  

For our customer’s safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they are finalized and payment has been accepted.

Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.

Sales

All sale items are final include Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items. 

Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale.  Sale prices will not be applied to any orders placed before or after the time of the sale.
